Shipping Method: International DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — all customs duties and taxes are prepaid on our end, so there’s nothing extra to pay when your order arrives.

- We ship to a physical U.S. street address only — we’re not able to deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Order Processing
- Processing time: 2–3 business days (up to 5 during peak periods).
- Once processing begins, orders can’t be modified — so please double-check sizing, color, and address before confirming.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Carrier confirmation of delivery serves as proof of delivery.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address causes a reshipment, a reshipping fee will apply, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll take it from there.
