Return requests are accepted within 15 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at returns@americansleatherjacket.com with your order number.

Unworn and unused
In their original packaging, with tags and invoice included

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made items
Sale or discounted items

Handmade Product Disclaimer

Because every jacket is genuine leather and handmade, natural variations in grain and minor differences in stitching are normal characteristics of the material and craftsmanship — not defects.

Exchanges

We don’t process direct exchanges. To get a different size or style, return your original item first, then place a new order.
