What’s Included in a Custom Order

When you order a custom jacket, we work from:

The measurements you provide
Reference images, used for inspiration and styling direction (not an exact match guarantee)
Your selected leather type

Important Notes

We do our best to match reference images closely, but an exact replica can’t be guaranteed — every hide and every build is slightly different.
Natural variations in leather grain and texture are a normal part of genuine leather, not a flaw.
Production begins once full payment is received.

Timeline

Production: 7–10 business days
Shipping: 7–14 business days

Returns & Refunds

Custom orders are made specifically to your specifications, which means they’re non-refundable and non-returnable once production begins.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your custom order arrives damaged or doesn’t match what you ordered, email us within 24 hours of delivery to let us know — that’s just to flag the issue quickly, not a deadline to resolve everything. Include photos of the item and its packaging, and we’ll take it from there.
