1. Custom Order Definition

All custom leather jackets are made to order based on:

  • Customer-uploaded reference images

  • Customer-selected leather type

  • Customer-provided size or body measurements

Production begins only after full payment confirmation.


2. Reference Images Disclaimer

Customer-uploaded reference images are used for design inspiration only.

The final product may vary slightly due to:

  • Natural leather grain and texture

  • Color tone and lighting differences

  • Hardware availability and craftsmanship techniques

Exact replicas are not guaranteed.


3. Measurements Responsibility

All sizes and measurements are provided by the customer.

American Leather Jackets is not responsible for fitting issues caused by:

  • Incorrect measurements

  • Incomplete or inaccurate sizing details

Customers are strongly advised to double-check all measurements before submission.


4. Leather Characteristics

We use 100% genuine leather, including:

  • Cowhide

  • Lambskin

  • Sheepskin

Natural variations in grain, shade, and texture are a normal part of genuine leather and are not considered defects.


5. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are quoted after reviewing customer submissions

  • Payments are securely processed via Stripe

  • Full payment is required before production begins


6. Production & Delivery Timeline

  • Production Time: 7–10 business days

  • Shipping Time: 5–7 business days (depending on location)

These timelines are estimated and may vary slightly due to production or shipping conditions.


7. Returns & Refunds

All custom and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Size or fit issues

  • Design preference changes

  • Minor leather or color variations


8. Damaged or Incorrect Item Policy

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the issue and original packaging
