At Americans Leather Jacket LLC, we strive to provide our customers with premium leather jackets and a seamless shopping experience. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’ve designed our Returns & Exchanges Policy to be transparent, fair, and customer-focused.
1. Return Window
- You may request a return within 15 days from the date your product is delivered.
- To start a return, email us at returns@americansleatherjacket.com with your Order Number in the subject line, or use the contact form on our website.
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In the same condition as received, unworn and unused
- With original packaging, tags, and invoice
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom (Made-to-Measure) items, discounted items, and SALE products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Alterations on custom-made items are available free of charge, with the buyer paying both-way shipping. This does not apply to discounted or sale items.
4. Handmade Product Notice
- All our leather jackets are handcrafted by skilled artisans.
- Minor variations in stitching, finishing, or natural leather characteristics are normal and are not considered defects.
- Therefore, refunds will not be accepted for complaints regarding stitching or finishing.
5. Sizing & Fit Guidance
- A significant portion of returns results from ordering the wrong size, often due to differences in regional sizing standards.
- While we sell globally, it is not feasible to maintain region-specific size charts.

6. Returns & Refund Process
- After approval, we will provide the Houston, TX return address.
- Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Original shipping costs, including duties and taxes (up to $54 USD), will be deducted from the refund.
7. Exchanges
- The fastest way to exchange is to return the item first and place a new order for the desired product.
- Ensure the returned item meets all eligibility requirements.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
- Inspect your jacket upon delivery.
- Contact us immediately for defective, damaged, or wrong items to resolve the issue promptly.
- We will cover return shipping in such cases.
